2. What data we collect
- Contact data — name and email address when you write to us, sign up as a volunteer, or send a press enquiry.
- Technical data — browser type, device, IP address (via server logs), and interaction data collected via privacy-respecting analytics.
- Content you submit — anything you write in a form (contact form, volunteer form).
3. How we collect it
Directly, when you fill in a form, email us, or interact with the site. Automatically, through server logs and analytics tools when you browse.
4. How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry or process your volunteer application.
- To communicate about the festival if you have asked us to.
- To improve the website and understand aggregate usage.
- To comply with legal obligations.
5. Sharing with third parties
We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with service providers that host or run the site (e.g. hosting, analytics) under appropriate data protection terms, and with authorities when legally required.
6. International transfers
Some of our service providers are based outside the European Economic Area. When personal data is transferred internationally, we ensure a similar degree of protection through appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
